Your Daughter may only be showing signs of Rebellion, disrespect, and resentment, but please consider what the problems and issues now exhibited will look like in the next couple of years.

The girls who come to MGGA range from mild problems within their families, to radical out bursts of anger, rebellion, cutting, piercing, bitterness, lying, thieving, runaways, out of control, RAD (Reactive Attachment Disorder), ADD, ODD, ADHD, and much more.

What ever the level of rebellion and stubbornness, the Staff here at MGGA care for your Daughter. We truly see the precious gem that once was in your Daughter and can be there again!!

THERE IS HOPE!

The precious young lady you remember can be a reality again! We will help you gather the fragments of her life and your life too!

We have a level scale system that has proven to be very helpful with the girls.  On Level and Off Level are the rankings.  With these levels we help them learn personal responsibility, respect for themselves, respect for others, respect for authority.

On Level means that every girl enjoys any and all extra privileges at MGGA, some of which include deserts, swim time, field trips, hiking, trips to the ice cream shop, beach, family fun night, and more.

Off Level means that a girl does not get to enjoy the extra privileges at MGGA.

Every girl arrives “On Level” and is allowed time to understand the rules and guidelines of MGGA.  After the initial settling period, she is eligible to receive demerits for broken rules, or behavioral issues.

If a girl receives enough demerits she is placed on “Off Level “status for a week.   As long as she does not accumulate more demerits, she is placed back “On Level” after a week. (This teaches her that even though she has made poor choices, she can turn it around with making better and best choices)

If she accumulates more demerits, her “Off Level” status will be lengthened by a week more. (This action teaches her if she continues in her poor choices, she will not enjoy the reward of best choices.)

At the end of every week, the demerits are washed away, giving every girl a fresh start at the beginning of each week. (This teaches about Grace and Mercy)
