Intensive Care Program
12 Week Biblical HIIT Program!
High Intensity Interval Training for the spirit, soul and body.
1 Thessalonians 5:23, “And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.”
In the fitness world, HIIT is a cardio session arranged as short bursts of very hard work. The whole point of high-intensity training is to kick up the intensity of your cardio.
The Bible says, in Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.”
The heart of the matter is the matter of the heart. Just as our physical cardiovascular system needs to be kept in good heath and strengthened, our spiritual heart needs to be kept in good health and strengthened.
Our 12 week program consists of:
Academic School: Strong teaching and tutoring, helping those struggling to develop stronger study strategies, strengthening the weak areas of their personal academics, and gaining brilliance in their strongest subjects.
Spiritual Training: Stimulating curriculum of spiritual courses to awaken and enliven their understanding of who Jesus is, and what His purpose and plan is for their lives.

- The Battle is The Lord's
- It's All in The Head
- Closing the Doors
- Biblical Stewardship
- The Foundation of Schizophrenia
Social Accountability and Responsibility: This is accomplished by giving the children tasks and oversight of projects and opportunities. We then help them analyze outcomes of wrong and right choices. Starting out with simple, easy to complete tasks, and then escalating slowly to larger ones.
Life Skills Training: They will be introduced to making soap, candles, yogurt, baking from scratch, cooking, cleaning, and a host of other interesting and interactive classes.
Physical Well-Being: Physical exercise including swimming, volleyball, kickball, proper weight training, proper food choices, and more.
Self-Defense: This includes Teen and College Safety, Vehicle Abduction Prevention, Everyday Considerations to stay safe, and even the psychology or mind set of self-defense.
